开发个编解码器不是错，跑出来冒充H.265就不对了。
H.26x系列是ITU-T关于音视频编码的系列标准。如果你对自己的编解码器有信心，就往ITU-T提嘛。被批准以后，你再做宣传也不迟。
JCT-VC一大队人哼哧哼哧做了半天，都不好意思说自己是H.265。你还是别再出来丢人了，看了我想吐。
