Ok, MS Visual basic 2008 express fails to compile this because it doesn’t recognize .dsp files. Anyone recommend another compiler?

Kta software includes .sln file for both vc7 and vc8. MS Visual Studio is able to compile successfully. It also has make file to compile under linux.

I get this error when I try to load tml_vc8.sln, word for word:
‘I:\Documents and settings\Admin\Desktop\jm11.0kta2.4\kta\ldecod_vc8.vcproj’ cannot be opened because its project type (.vcproj) is not supported by this version of the application.
To open it, please use a version that supports this type of project.
I’m on Windows XP SP2 while my version of MS Visual studio is SP1. Do you think this could have anything to do with it?

It’s most likely that your downloaded jm11.0kta2.3.zip file has been corrupted. Please download it again.

Ok, whatever I had 2.4, but 2.3 doesn’t work either. It prompted me to convert the tml_vc8.sln because it was created with a previous version of MS studio and after that it did nothing, no option to build. So I reloaded it and it said again that its project type is not supported.
MD5 hash of my KTA 2.3: 522C3015821363E3341DF9040AED469D
Are you sure it’s corrupt?
# 2009-06-15 Monday 5:58 pm
Your downloaded KTA2.3 is OK. The MD5 hash matches with mine. Then, the only possible reason is that the KTA project doesn’t support the visual studio 2008. Only VS2005 (tml_vc8.sln) and below (tml_vc7.sln for VS2003, tml.dsw for VS98) are supported. Just guess, not confirmed yet, because I just installed VS2005 in my machine.

Can you send me the compilation? I don’t have MS visual studio 2005.

no topic about intra prediction?

Excuse me,
Can you send me the document about “C463″, “C464″, and “COM16-C405″ ?
I want to realize more about the KTA software.
thank you!

The documents of “C219″, “C463″, “C464″ and “C405″ are the inputs of ITU-T SG16 meetings in Geneva, instead of VCEG meetings. Unfortunately, those documents cannot be downloaded from the ITU-T website unless you are the member of ITU-T.
If someone has those documents, could you kindly upload them to the ftp server of h265.net?

Thank you in advance.

Thanks the anonymous helper for uploading the documents of “C219″, “C463″, “C464″ and “C405″. The documents are moved to the directory: http://ftp.h265.net/.
By the way, could you kindly upload the documents of “C437″ and “C402″, too? Thanks a lot!
